FAQ: 
Q: Are the products washable? 
A: Yes! Machine or hand wash all of our products to maintain cleanliness and extend lifespan. Remove filter [Wash valve & filters separately] 
Q: Where is my tracking?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of order completion and tracking number will be sent after.  We do not ship on Sundays or major holidays. We do offer an expedited shipping options. 
Q: Will I pay sales taxes? 
A: Our business is based out of FL, so if you live in FL then sales tax will apply.  Purchases from other states will not have sales tax. NuNorm is not responsible for any import taxes charged on international orders.  
Q: Can I pay with a PayPal e-Check?
A: Yes 
Q: Is the cheetah print heavy duty?
A: Yes, it is our strongest band for total body workouts focused on your glutes as the target area. 
Q: What is the difference in the 3 sizes on hip/thigh bands [sold as set] 
A: Yes, The various bands will provide a different level of resistance depending on the workout you are trying to achieve and the level of intensity required. Don’t be discouraged if you cannot fully complete your workout with the smallest band, it won’t be easy ;) 

Returns and Exchanges

For any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@nunormfitness.com  Please try to include any details about your order (order number, address, pictures).  We do our best to respond within 72 hours to all requests. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Q: How do I return or exchange my NuNorm Products? 

A: As long as it is unused and in the original packaging, it can be returned or exchanged. Just send your products to the following address:

 Please include a note letting the warehouse know whether you are returning or exchanging your order. *Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on used products. 

If your order was placed within the last 60 days we can offer a refund. If your order was placed more than 60 days ago then we can only offer an exchange or merchandise credit.
